Pune: The National Institute of Personnel Management (NIPM), India’s premier association of HR professionals, has announced the results of its biennial elections. Three representatives from Pune have secured key positions in the NIPM National Executive Committee for the 2025–27 term.
In the elections, the panel led by P R Basavaraju registered a sweeping victory by winning all seats. From the NIPM Pune Chapter, Amruta Tendulkar has been elected as the National Treasurer, while Narendra Patil has taken charge as Vice President of the Western Region.

Representing the Pimpri-Chinchwad-Chakan Chapter, Abhay Khursale has been elected as a Western Region Member on the NIPM National Executive Committee.

For the new term, P.R. Basavaraju has been elected as National President of NIPM. The other elected office-bearers include:

- Sanjay Thakur – Vice President (Eastern Region)
